Two Asmarinos. One table.
Asmarino Santa Fe is born from a shared origin and two distinct journeys. Chef Judi carried the culinary traditions of Asmara through the trattorias and fine-dining rooms of Milan, where she helmed three celebrated restaurants. Chef Helen brought those same roots to Amsterdam and then to Houston, where her family's Ethiopian restaurant became a beloved institution. Together, they bring to Santa Fe a cuisine that is ancient in spirit, refined in execution, and entirely their own.
